Futovia Pte. Ltd. ("Futovia", "we", "us") operates futovia.com and its subpages (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect very little, we never sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers we need to run the Site.
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways.
Data you give us. When you fill in a contact, quiz or enquiry form, or book a call with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone or messaging number, company name, and any message or answers you choose to include.
Data collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site (for example a referring link or ad campaign identifiers such as utm parameters), and similar usage information.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To schedule and run calls you book with us.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use your data for automated decision making that produces legal effects on you.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The Site uses a small number of third party tools that may set cookies or similar technologies:
- Vercel Analytics: privacy focused, aggregated page view analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Meta Pixel: helps us measure the effectiveness of ads we run on Facebook and Instagram and understand which of our pages were reached from those ads. Meta may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
- Cal.com: powers the booking widget on our booking pages. Data you enter when booking is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the Site from working.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only to the extent needed for that purpose. These currently include our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), our transactional email provider (Resend), our scheduling provider (Cal.com), and our advertising measurement provider (Meta). Each provider is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations to protect your data.
We may also disclose personal data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Futovia, our users or others.
5. International transfers
Futovia is based in Singapore. Our service providers may store or process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where this happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiry and lead data is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be kept longer.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access to and correction of your personal data and withdraw consent to its use. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@futovia.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third party links
The Site may link to other websites and services we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
