An AI Assistant for a Real Estate Agent
A top-performing agent wanted to scale without scaling headcount. Her AI assistant now handles the work that used to fall on a human one.

DELIVERABLES
- AI Personal Assistant
- Listings + Lead Triage
- Calendar + Viewings Coordinator
- Client Follow-up Automation

Real estate runs on follow-up. Miss a viewing request, miss a follow-up after a showing, miss the right window to call back a buyer, and the deal goes to whoever didn't.
Our client was a top-performing agent based in Singapore, working on her own. She'd hired assistants before. They were expensive, inconsistent, and the good ones eventually left to become agents themselves. She wanted out of that cycle.
We built her an AI assistant.
The assistant lives in WhatsApp, same channel her clients already use. New leads come in, she triages them, asks the qualifying questions, and books viewings against the agent's calendar. After every showing, the assistant follows up with the client at the right interval, summarises the conversation back to the agent, and flags anyone who's gone cold.
She also keeps the listings library current. New properties get parsed, photographed, and indexed automatically. When a client asks "do you have anything in [neighbourhood] under [price]?", the assistant can answer in seconds without the agent having to dig through her CRM.
The result: the agent works the deals that need her judgement. The assistant handles the volume that used to drain her week. Lead response time dropped from hours to seconds. No more "I forgot to call them back."
This is one of our favourite kinds of deployments, a single operator who's the bottleneck of their own business. AI employees give them leverage without the management overhead of a human team.
