Rebuilding a retirement home software platform from the ground up

Fallyx is a software platform for retirement homes across Canada and the US. When they came to us, their platform was breaking under scale. The original build wasn't designed for growth, and as they tried to onboard new customers, everything was falling apart.

Without intervention, they faced:

- Inability to onboard new retirement home clients - Constant bugs and system failures affecting existing customers - A dated UI that didn't reflect the quality of their service

We partnered with Fallyx for a complete rebuild. We redesigned the entire architecture to handle scale, overhauled the UI/UX to create a modern, intuitive experience, and led a full rebrand—helping them transition from Fallyx to Ascenix with a refined visual identity.

As a result, Fallyx (now Ascenix):

- Scaled from virtually zero ARR to several hundreds of thousands - Onboarded new retirement home clients without platform issues - Launched with a fresh brand identity that matched their renewed capabilities
